Notes:  Here's another ultra-lightweight.  It even has a nice tall bowl, unlike a lot of the really light (and small) LB shapes.  The sandblast is fairly bizarre on this one - it has quite a bit of "old twisted tree root" going on.  The grain lines wanted to stand out more prominently than the age rings, giving the whole thing a very veined, distended appearance which should please those with a taste for the more gnarled.  The pipe is oval-shanked, which is hard to see in the photos - It is really a slightly bent Canadian.  It's sufficiently lightweight that I don't think I would recommend it to anyone who has burned out pipes in the past - If one is careful and considerate of the pipe, it should smoke excellently, but it's so light that it won't take much abuse (I find smokers tend to fall into two camps - those who burn out pipes regularly and those who have never burned out a pipe.  This is a pipe strictly for camp two).
