![]() Goblin #4 "Mibbigger" ![]() Mibbigger is a little more conventional, perhaps, but I thought it would be good to do at least one or two that weren't quite so far out in design. Except for his front claws, Mibbigger is for all intents and purposes a beautiful ring-grained bent Dublin, with horn stem. With one advantage... He can be set down and he won't roll over on his side, because his claws hold him upright! ![]() While the front claws might look menacing and uncomfortable to hold, it's actually a very easy pipe to grip - Just rest your index finger between the claws and they wrap around your finger, giving the strange sensation that the little goblin is holding onto you. The thick walls, light weight, and ideally-sized bowl should make this pipe one of the most practical smokers among the goblins. ![]() The smooth bowl rim is just stunning - an incredibly tight display of dense bird's-eye grain in green/black contrast stain. In fact, the grain all around is quite nice, being a very tidy stack of rings: ![]() ![]() And finally, Mibbigger has a horn stem too, this one showing a wider range of color than usual. While not visible in the pics, this one has a very faint translucency to it - Hold it to a light and the different colors will pass the light differently, with the darker sections actually being more translucent than the pale parts. ![]() Length: 15cm Bowl Height: 4.5cm Chamber diameter: 2.1cm conical Chamber depth: 4cm Weight: 52.1 grams To Purchase: Just email me and request "Goblin #4"! |
